๐ Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Asokini, we strive to get your tech to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3โ5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1โ2 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., $100].
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Asokini is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
๐ Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your new electronics. If youโre not entirely satisfied, weโre here to help.
1. Return Period
You have [14/30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Electronics: Items with broken “Warranty Void if Removed” seals or products that have been registered with the manufacturer cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened software or downloadable digital products.
Items missing parts or accessories.
Gift cards.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Defective or “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) Items
